Once you’ve clicked that “Adopt” button, we’ll whisk you away to the holding request form. Once completed, this will shoot us a quick message requesting to hold your chosen puppy – easy peasy! Within the next 24 hours, our team will ping your email back with a Deposit Contract and an invoice for $300. And that deposit? It’s like a little down payment for your pup’s vet visits and all the behind-the-scenes admin magic. And guess what? It’ll be deducted from the total price when you’re ready to bring your fur baby home!

Once you’ve put down your holding deposit with Beacon Hill Pups, they’ll shoot you an email to confirm your pick-up date. And guess what? A week before pick-up, another email will land in your inbox – this time with the Adoption Agreement and a invoice for the remaining balance. It’s a little paperwork dance we do before you get to snuggle up with your new furry friend! So, make sure to sign that agreement before the big day – your puppy can’t wait to meet you!

When it’s time to grab your adorable puppy, just a quick heads-up, the final payment will be due a week before you actually get to take your new fur baby home. Once that’s all sorted, you’ll be all set to welcome your little bundle of joy to its cozy new abode! If you selected for your puppy to be delivered, we call or email you a day before delivery to confirm.
